132 miles. 84 summits. Over 54,000ft of ascent. Nicky Spinks not only completed the Double Bob Graham Round in a record time of 45 hours and 30mins - beating the previous record set by Roger Baumeister by over an hour - but she did so 10 years after being diagnosed with cancer.
Nicky is clearly a phenomenal athlete, but no-one can run on empty. A challenge like that requires some serious nutritional preparation and a massive calorie intake. So we asked Nicky to set out exactly what she ate to help her chow down the miles - we're not sure anyone could finish all this without running for two days!
