Inov-8 are popular for a reason: they perform. Coming in a standard fit they suit neutral runners well, with a tight heel and open toe box, allowing for a stable and comfortable ride but without compromising their technical ability. Using a mixture of hard and soft rubbers, Inov-8 have created a sole with great grip. Multi-directional triangular lugs allow for a wonderful flexibility and also proved to shed debris well. This flexibility means that, compared to some others on test, they do not have the same firmness or support underfoot, but they’re light on the foot, while being nimble with good traction over all terrain. These were a true pleasure to run in.
Lightweight and comfortable, these were able to tackle every terrain thrown at them.
