Women’s windproof jacket reviews
250g (women’s S)
This wind and water-resistant gilet is a good choice for winter, with a light fleecy lining and reflective print. However, it’s only available in black so isn't very visible in grey or low light. The front is a durable windproof fabric, while the back is stretchy and breathable. The two zipped pockets, chin guard and collar are fleece-lined.
Verdict: Good choice for comfort, protection and reflectivity.
Women’s windproof jacket review
50g (women’s S)
Jackets don’t come much lighter than the Sonic, made from featherweight ripstop nylon Point Zero fabric that adds a highly effective layer of protection. The cut is slim with a drop tail, there’s an adjustable hem, you get reflective details and the cuffs and thumb loops are lined and comfy. The whole thing rolls away into its collar too.
Verdict: Super-light, comfy, protective layer with a tiny pack size.
