Cumbria Way Ultra (30 miles), September 17

You'll run from Keswick along the final section of the 73-mile path through the Lake District to Carlisle. With a generous 12-hour cut-off time, the route is fully waymarked with two checkpoints.

Swindon Ultra Trail 50k, September 16

Beginner-friendly loop around Swindon along a section of the Ridgeway, leading you up to Barbury Castle and then down in to Chiseldon and Coate Water. 80% trails.

Norfolk Coastal Trail Marathon and Half-marathon, September 24

Follow the coastal path from Holme Next The Sea east to Morston Quay with coach transportation available back to the start. £5 of your entry fee goes to East Anglia Air Ambulance and £1 to National Trust.
