ACTIVITY TRACKERS TO WATCH

GPS watches - with all their fancy mapping, cadence measurement and overload of statistics - are fantastic if you enjoy picking a run to pieces after you've finished, analysing the data to help improve your PB. The thing is, though, that's not for everyone. Some runners just want to know how long their run took, how far they run, and their average pace. If the watch will keep up to date on their daily activity even better. We hear you.

That's why Hannah James assessed the three best activity trackers for trail runners, keeping you in the know without having to actually know too much.
